For groups of six or more, we prepare for you by advance reservation
our famous tsar’s feast. A delightful evening awaits you
with selected specialties of traditional Russian cuisine.

Zakuski
The table is richly laid with various Russian
starters and salads: Olivier, Shuba, eggs with smetana and
salmon caviar, traditional solenie, a fine fish and meat platter,
as well as freshly baked homemade bread.

Soup
Classic borscht, served with a warm, golden-brown
baked piroshok with meat filling.

Main courses
Chicken shashlik, served with golden-brown grilled potatoes
and freshly grilled vegetables. Salmon fillet on tender leaf spinach
with creamy salmon caviar dill cream sauce, served with wild rice.
Bliny with meat filling, vareniki with potato filling
and pelmeni with turkey meat filling.

Dessert
Tender blini refined with vanilla ice cream and airy whipped cream.
